Macro-nutrition

We teach athletes about how many calories you need depending on your calorie expenditure.  We teach athletes the importance of fueling and refueling the body.

Meal Preparation

We teach you how to set aside time one day a week to prepare for the week ahead: to write out your menus, do your grocery shopping, and prepare your meals.

Grocery Store Tour

On this day we take a trip to our local grocery store and learn all the tricks to stores us to get you to by the bad foods and we show you where to find to good.

Body Composition

Upon starting our Nutritional Program an Initial Body Composition Assessment will be taken to measure body-fat, weight and inches. Follow up assessments will also be taken

Nutrient Timing

The body is primed for fat and/or muscle gain during specific times of the day.  The foods at the wrong or times sabotage or enhance your efforts in the gym. You'll learn the right times.
